Privacy

Fusion is dedicated to keeping your details private. Any information, we collect in relation to you, is kept strictly secured. We do not pass on/sell/swap any of your personal details with anyone.
We use this information to identify your donations, program costs and as agreed to provide you with newsletters, updates, prayer points and supporting opportunities as applicable.

Cookies sent to your computer from Fusion Australia Ltd only last while you’re browsing our website. We do not store persistent cookies on your computer.

Whenever you use our web site, or any other web site, the computer on which the web pages are stored (the Web server) needs to know the network address of your computer so that it can send the requested web pages to your Internet browser. The unique network address of your computer is called its “IP address,” and is sent automatically each time you access any Internet site. From a computer’s IP address, it is possible to determine the general geographic location of that computer, but otherwise it is anonymous.
We do not keep a record of the IP addresses from which users access our site except where you have specifically provided us with information about yourself, in which case we also record your IP address for security purposes. An example of this would be when proceeding to a checkout to finalise an order/donation you may wish to make. After completing the form provided, your IP address will be stored along with a transaction number that allows us to track your order/donation.

Goods, Services and Donations

Fusion applies for, and receives funding and grants for services and / or goods consistent with its purposes. Fusion will only use those funds for the purpose for which it has been given.

Fusion also accepts donations for its work based on that money being legally obtained and consistent with Fusion’s values and principles. Fusion will aim to use the money from donations for the purposes recommended by the donor. If this is not possible the donor will be contacted with the option to have the money returned.

Security

When purchasing from Fusion your financial details are passed through a secure server using the latest 128-bit SSL (secure sockets layer) encryption technology. If you have any questions regarding our security policy, please contact our Chief Finance Office.
Nothing in this policy removes and decreases any person’s statutory rights.

Refund

We are not required to provide a refund or replacement if you change your mind. But you can choose a refund or exchange if an item has a major problem. This is when the item:
has a problem that would have stopped someone from buying the item if they had known about it
is unsafe
is significantly different from the sample or description
doesn’t do what we said it would, or what you asked for and can’t be easily fixed.

Alternatively, you can choose to keep the item and we will compensate you for any drop in value. If the problem is not major, we will repair the item within a reasonable time. If it is not repaired in a reasonable time you can choose a refund or replacement. Please keep your proof of purchase—e.g. your receipt.
